What to include

A few things that help us help you faster:

• Which tool the issue is about (the URL of the page is ideal)
• What you expected to happen vs what actually happened
• For data corrections: the source you're citing (a USPTO fee schedule, an Etsy seller help page, a recent CRE broker survey, etc.)
• For bug reports: your browser and OS, plus a screenshot if visual

Suggestions for new tools

We add tools when we hit a real problem the existing options handle poorly. If you have a tool idea — especially something where the top Google results are listicles, sign-up walls, or ad-stuffed pages — we want to hear it.

Tell us:

• What problem you're trying to solve
• What tools currently exist and what's wrong with them
• A specific example query you'd run if the tool existed
